Arthrex has expanded its TightRope technology to offer adjustable cortical fixation for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with the ACL TightRope implant. This proprietary 4-point knotless fixation system resists cyclic displacement and offers strong pullout strength. The ACL TightRope implant eliminates the need for multiple implant sizes and facilitates complete graft fill of short femoral sockets, which are common with anatomic ACL drilling.
