This system actually makes treating radius fractures easier for me. It comes with several sizes, screw, pegs, and a hook plate to address options to solve different needs for different fracture patterns.
Wonderful refinement of volar fixed angle plating. Very few changes are needed to make it perfect in 2020 (needs tap for 3.5mm locking screws in hard bone, a ratcheted screwdriver handle should be included for us old guys, and needing to use and dispose of a blue non-locking peg for each case seems wasteful, to name whats come to mind). System makes me a better surgeon.
