The Autogenous Bone Coring system allows for the preparation and placement of autogenous bone in an interference fashion at the aperture of both the femoral and tibial tunnels to enhance tendon-bone healing. Autogenous bone may reduce the potential for intratunnel graft motion and tunnel alignment.
