Product Overview
The IOT Perineal Post (POP) provides hip and leg counter traction for surgical procedures performed in the supine position. The device was designed for 450 N of traction, and provides simple and secure attachment to the side rails of US and EU OR tables.
The femoral support slides over the POP sidebar and acts as a fulcrum to provide femoral exposure when the operative leg is extended.
The femoral support has three height settings. These can be changed by sliding the support laterally, rotating the femoral support, then sliding the support back medially to lock it in place.
The sidebar of the POP is radiolucent, allowing for simple visualization of implant placement.
