Product Overview
Rotational control with the stability of a sliding hip screw
The THP Hip Fracture System is the next era in anatomic hip fracture plating, which is clinically designed to address the complications of intracapsular and intertrochanteric fractures fixation by combining the rotational control of telescoping screws with the strength and stability of a side plate.
Rotational Control, Construct Stability and Sliding Functionality
The system offers the combination of telescoping cannulated screws that lock into a side plate. This design provides an uncommon combination of rotational control with sliding hip screw functionality, all while maintaining the construct stability of a locking plate construct.
Telescoping Screws Designed to Control Collapse
Telescoping screws designed with optional sleeves that can be inserted to allow for specific amounts of fracture collapse. The screws are also locking, in order to aid in the prevention of screw back out.
Simplistic Instrumentation, Procedural Efficiency
A single-tray instrument set, laid out in order of surgical procedure, with color-coded instrumentation and radiolucent carbon-fiber targeting arm for precision placement and visualization. (https://www.zimmerbiomet.com/)
