Description
-Processed from tibia and femur shafts, cortical struts
are parallel-sided implants. Standard measurements
include the distance between the parallel cuts of the
implants (A), the proximal to distal length of the
implant (B), and the thickness of implant (C), which is
typically greater than 3mm.
Common Uses
-Augmentation of internal fixation, onlay for fracture
repair.
